Arleigh are delighted to announce the launch of a new website service for their Isle of Wight customers this March
At Arleigh, we are constantly looking for proactive approaches which we can adopt to provide our customers with an even more streamlined, efficient experience. As Arleigh is now part of the Euro Car Parts family, we have amalgamated our ERP platform with that of our new parent company, opening many more opportunities for us as a business.
One of the major benefits of this new platform is the opportunity to harness the power of the Euro Car Parts distribution and local branch network facilities.
This new service will allow customers to receive free delivery via a local van service or a branch click & collect option across a small but popular range of essential items from the Arleigh website.
The initial trial will be on the Isle of Wight via our ECP Newport branch and on successful completion of the trial we plan to extend this service to other areas throughout the UK.
As you browse the Arleigh website you will now be presented with a stock level for the Isle of Wight Newport branch. On checkout you will be offered the option to either click and collect from the ECP Newport branch, receive a same day van service delivery, or still opt for our courier delivery in the normal way.
Whilst the Isle of Wight van delivery service covers much of the island, there are a small number of postcodes where this service is unavailable. The website checkout is designed in such a way that if you are out of the coverage area the option to select a van delivery will be removed.
Arleigh see this as a fantastic opportunity to further increase service levels and benefits for their customers.
