Job Overview

Midland Chandlers is the market leading supplier of parts, spares and accessories to the inland waterways industry. Due to increasing demands in our rapidly growing business, we are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our sales team at our head office in Nuneaton. Starting immediately, the role is both administrative and customer service focused.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Building on existing relationships with customers
  • Processing orders
  • Dealing with general enquiries via telephone and email
  • Carrying out various office administrative tasks
  • Offering general support to the rest of the sales department

We welcome applicants who

  • Are excellent communicators
  • Good telephone manner
  • Work well under pressure
  • Are competent in a variety of basic system packages, including Word, Excel & Outlook

Previous experience in a similar environment would also be a distinct advantage, however, full training will be provided.
